Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to start?
Nothing. Hatchling is free for your first app, up to 5,000 monthly active users.
Does my setup change when I move to a paid plan?
No. The same pull request and policy keep working. A higher plan adds monthly active users, every detection in every mode and more visibility.
Who maintains the protection as the app changes?
Nobody has to. Protection is applied in your pipeline on every build, and the policy is a file in your repo that you review like any other change.
Will it break my build?
Protection runs on the compiled app in your pipeline, and every detection starts in monitor mode. You see the effect on size and startup in each build.
What if I outgrow the free plan?
Move the app to Indie, Startup or Scale. We warn you at 80% and 100% of your included usage.
