Who we are
GZ Segurança e Defesa Cibernética LTDA operates Moatgator and is the controller of the data described here.
What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: your name, email, company and message (contact), and a public store URL, email and platform (Scan). We do not use advertising cookies.
Why we collect it
To reply to your messages and deliver Scan results. The legal basis is your consent (LGPD, art. 7, I).
Who receives it
Only the infrastructure and email providers we need to operate the service, under contract. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
Under the LGPD you can confirm and access your data, correct it, request deletion, and withdraw consent at any time. Use the contact form.
