Pricing questions
What counts as a monthly active user?
Monthly active users are counted per app. Traffic generated by attacks never counts as usage.
What happens if I go over my included usage?
We warn you at 80% and at 100%. Extra usage is billed per additional 10,000 monthly active users.
Can I pay in reais?
Yes. Brazilian cards are charged in reais, and Pix is available for prepaid and annual payments within Pix's limit. Enterprise contracts can be in reais with a Brazilian invoice.
Is there a discount for open source or education?
Open-source and education projects can use Indie for free. Contact us to apply.
What are Founding Members?
The first 50 teams get 50% off the first year and a price locked for 24 months.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Plans are per app, and you can move an app between plans as it grows.
